Glushu case study: Broken Hoof Wall
Great Glushu work from farrier Ilka Slabik who used Glushu glue on horse shoes to help a horse with a broken hoof wall. The difference is incredible. " Please see pictures below of Hoof development of broken hoof wall and , cuff lowering caused by overload. This shows the development of the hoof after 2 Glushu applications and the new 3rd Glushu fitted and ready to go. You can see we have cut the adhesive flap on the side away, so that the hoof in this area gets no pressure and the hoof can not be squeezed. "
Before using Glushu - Hoof wall at the side and in the toe completely broken away.
After shoeing 1: The lateral hoof wall as well as the toe wall have grow down.
After the second shoeing: The hoof wall has stabilized significantly.
3rd set of Glushu have been fitted and we are ready to go.
