Farrier Report: Glushu when you can’t nail due to laminitis.

Thank you to Farrier Ronald Aalders for sharing how they use Glushu glue on horse shoes for their client who has such tender feet due to laminitis that they cannot tolerate nailing. Please check out Ronald Aalders on Facebook to see more of his work.

If you would like to try Glushu for your horse please order from our online store or at your local farrier supply.

If you have any questions about Glushu please contact us sue@glushu.com.

From Ronald Aalders:

“This client is a laminitic horse that has been shod before but the horse's feet are way too painful to use nails.

Glushu allow me to basically do what I can do with regular shoes thanks to their aluminium core. This makes them perfect for orthopaedic modifications.

This is a banana/full rocker motion shoe with wedge pad and hoofpack. The horse is significantly more comfortable.
