Update: Foal with angular limb deformity 4 years later

Big thank you to Heidi Carr for sharing an update on Zamarano who first came to Glushu when he was born with angular limb deformity. We could not be more proud of how well this fantastic horse defied the odds.

From Heidi:

“You may or may not remember our foal who was born 4 years ago with angular limb deformity, his future looked very bleak until we came across Glushu and John Wright who designed some shoes to help correct and aid his development.

Zamorono was given the all clear as a yearling from the vets who stated with the help of Glushu his deformity had corrected.

He went on to compete in hand winning many ribbons and competing at high profile shows including Braham horse trials future sports horse class.

A good friend Becci bought him and kept him with us on livery, he is now 4 and just returned from being broken in to which he has taken to fantastically.

His future is very bright and promising thanks to John and the Glushu team to which we are incredibly grateful.”
